In this role, she oversees all aspects of the pharmacy's operations, focusing on efficient and effective service delivery. Bringing 35 years of dedicated experience to the field, Cindy's career is marked by a strong commitment to quality and a consistent focus on customer service and staff development. Before co-founding CraftedRX, Cindy spent seven years managing pharmacy operations and training at both Legacy Drugstore locations, where she focused on retail pharmacy. Her experience also includes serving as a pharmacy manager at Bellevue Pharmacy, specializing in compounding. Cindy's pharmacy career began at Walgreens, where she spent two decades in various positions. Her final role there was as a District Trainer, responsible for hiring and training pharmacy personnel for over 40 stores. This extensive background provided her with valuable insights into fostering capable and customer-focused teams. Today, Cindy applies her comprehensive skill set to ensure high levels of patient, prescriber, and employee satisfaction. Her genuine passion for quality and strong emphasis on customer service are guiding principles in her work.
